I was just informed by my. Ellis co probation officer that I have a warrant with a no bond. The case is out of Johnson co it is a ten year probation sentce that started in 2006. They said it is because my restitution is behind and not much community service done. I don't know what to do.

I live on a campus house at Lindenwood Univ. in Saint Charles, MO with two other roommates. They were caught smoking marijuana in the living room by the police. At that moment I was upstairs studying in my room. We were all given a uniform citation to go to court on May 9, 2012 at 2pm for the offense of Possession of Paraphernalia. I do NOT smoke marijuana. The next morning I went to get a drug test done. Results: Negative. If this proves that I do NOT smoke marijuana, will this charges be easily taken away?

This issue of abuse just came up only when she realized that I didn\'t have a lawyer.
I want to ask her why wasn\'t the allegation there till the divorce was almost over?
When I had appointed attorney, I could spend time with my children 4-7 days at a time when I visited in TN, and also have my kids spend time with me while they were on summer break. When I lost the attorney, I lost all right as father.
* Due to arrest that she had arranged in TN, I lost lot of any job opportunities due to the criminal record. That was to be cleared this month on the 13th of April.
* Their family has access to all of my records and my criminal status, they have enough information to make anything up about me even if has no truth.(family member working for law inforcement such as sheriff)
Why I need lawyer

2. Child visitation & right (custody)
3. This situation effecting children emotionally for life and it kiss me that I have no way to changing that.
