If you have been arrested for DUI or any other criminal offense, you’ve come to the right place. You’ve also come to the right place for your family law and social security disability needs. I have been in practice for over 20 years and specialize in these areas.

Being a former prosecutor provides me with a unique perspective to assess your legal needs. I pride myself on being responsive to my client’s needs. I want to get to know my clients and build a long term relationship with them. As a result, my clients consistently refer their friends and business associates to me. When you set up a consultation, you will be meeting with me and not a paralegal. I practice in all local state courts and handle criminal cases in federal court.

Criminal Law

If you are accused of a crime, you face the terrible possibility of going to jail. An effective defense attorney can negotiate with prosecutors and can often arrange for reduced charges or lesser sentences.

I am a former criminal prosecutor with firsthand knowledge of how the Commonwealth builds a case against an accused person and where the Commonwealth is likely to go wrong with its case; I have practiced criminal law for over 20 years. When it comes to criminal law cases, an experienced and effective criminal defense attorney can mean the difference between a prison sentence and reduced or dismissed charges. I am dedicated to defending the rights of the accused. Even in less serious cases, a good criminal defense attorney can make a serious impact on the outcome of the case by ensuring that the rights of the accused are protected throughout the legal process. For these and other reasons, it is vital that those accused of a crime select the most competent, experienced and effective attorney available.

If you have been accused of a crime, please contact me today. Do not settle for a guilty plea; being charged and convicted of a crime can lead to job loss, a criminal record and jail time. Let me represent you and protect your rights.
