Mr. Chrisman is an experienced trial lawyer and negotiator with 25 years of legal experience. He has considerable experience in misdemeanor and felony cases in state and federal court.

Although Mr. Chrisman handles serious felony cases that include felony drug cases, sex crimes, theft offenses, violent crimes and white-collar crimes, he is one of a few select criminal defense attorneys in Central Virginia who has handled thousands of serious traffic violations. Those cases include well over a thousand reckless driving cases and hundreds of drunk driving cases. In addition to representing in-state clients, he has helped a large number of out-of-state drivers arrested for reckless driving and DUI / DWI.
