Attorney Stone is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and United States District Court. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
Attorney Stone received his B.A. in history from Middlebury College, and is a graduate, cum laude, of Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was editor of the Capital Defense Journal. He is a former staff member of the Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse, where he assisted in defending capital murder cases.
